Hampers featured on the HUGS website and marketplace are ready for direct shipment as they are readily available and undergo only packaging and card creation processes, facilitating immediate dispatch.
However, for Corporate Gifts, Birthdays, and Custom Boxes containing personalized items, pre-order (PO) is necessary, taking 3 – 10 working days based on order quantity and customization complexity. The PO period begins upon payment confirmation (Terms and Conditions apply).

- For Instant or Same Day Delivery in the Jabodetabek area, we utilize GoSend, Grab Express, and Lalamove couriers.
